The source of truth for who can use each staff app — rows are people and groups, columns are apps. Tick a tile or pick a role to grant; expand a group (▸) to manage its members. Access refreshes automatically when you open this panel.

Roster sync

Rosters and family data pull automatically from the school data lakehouse — every division's roster and the family / siblings data together. Choose how often below, or sync everything now on demand.

Automatic sync

As a back-up, you can replace one division's data by hand from a PowerSchool schedule CSV — choose the division, upload the file, validate the structure, then Update. Only the selected division is replaced; the others are untouched.

PDL assign

Assign one PDL (grade dean) per grade. A PDL gets a grade-scoped Search & Advisories for their grade only. High School is live; Middle School is stored for when its view is built.

Co-teaching

Add a support teacher to a class — or an Advisory — another teacher owns. Stored separately from the roster, so it survives every sync. Pick the support teacher, pick the class teacher, tick the classes (or Advisory) they co-teach, then Save.

Family information import

Upload the whole-school Family Ident export (Student ID · Grade · Names · Family ID). Preview the counts, then Import to refresh the siblings shown on each HS student's Family Information panel. The file is read in your browser and never stored. It is a point-in-time snapshot — re-run it when enrolments change.

🔑 Special access

Give one person access to specific tabs in an app, on top of whatever their role grants — without changing their role. Search the person, pick the app, tick the tabs, then Save. For a one-off beyond someone's set role (e.g. a staff member who should see Clubs (Admin)).

🏫 Class Hub

Provision a class app to teachers and their students. Pick the app, add each teacher with the class blocks they teach (plus any extra students), then Save — this writes their front-door tiles and the app's own roster and roles. Re-open any time to pick up new or dropped students.

🗂️ Arrange your apps

Add your own headings, then use the ▲ ▼ arrows to order your tiles under them. This only changes how your home page looks — nobody else's.

Add people or groups

Search the SSIS Workspace directory. Groups are expanded when access is synced.

Link a counselor

Choose which counselor this person is. Their caseload comes from the roster import.
