Roster Sync

Choose the division, then upload its most recent PowerSchool schedule CSV and validate the structure. After validating, select Update to write the latest data. Only the selected division's data is replaced — the other division is untouched.

Co-Teaching

Add a support teacher to a class another teacher owns. Stored separately from the roster, so it survives every sync. Pick the support teacher, pick the class teacher, tick the classes they co-teach, then Save.

The source of truth for who can use each staff app — rows are people and groups, columns are apps. Tick a tile or pick a role to grant; expand a group (▸) to manage its members. Access refreshes automatically when you open this panel.

Add people or groups

Search the SSIS Workspace directory. Groups are expanded when access is synced.

Link a counselor

Choose which counselor this person is. Their caseload comes from the roster import.
